  1. Heat oil fry the whole spices - pepper, cloves and cardamon pods..
  2. Add onions, fry till golden brown..
  3. Add ginger, garlic paste then cubed potatoes and capscium..
  4. Add tomato paste, curry powder, coriander and cumin powders till slightly cooked then.
  5. Add the mince meat fry it for 2-3 minutes till color slightly changes.
  6. Add blended tomatoes, cover and simmer till they are cooked and almost dry and signs of oil separating are visible on the sides, oil rises up..
  7. Add yoghurt and salt to your liking..
  8. Check on the potatoes to see if cooked, if you like lots of stew you can add some water and boil for a few minutes.
  9. Sprinkle some garam masala over the top and lemon juice squeeze..
  10. Give it a quick mix and serve as preferred!.
